Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging; for large foam-filled items, ensure they are compressed according to the instructions to fit the return box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping point or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture items through our logistics partner.
